A.m.g. in Germany Extradites Ten Was Criminals to Poland; Two Others Get Death Sentence

American Military Government authorities in Germany have extradited ten Nazi war criminals to Poland, it was reported here today. All of then will stand trial shortly for various war crimes committed in Poland against Jews in Padom, Lublin and other cities.

Meanwhile, the Cracow district court today sentenced two German war criminals to death for actively participating in the mass murder program of Jews in the town of Krushin. They are Ludwig Hessler and Horst Gunther Winkler.
