Latrun Pump Blast, Inaccessibility of Wailing Wall on Tisha B’av Depress Jerusalemites

Deep disappointment and bitter resentment make the atmosphere in the Jewish sector of this city today following the news of the Latrun water pumping station blast which will aggravate to an even greater extent the already serious water situation.
