This year’s campaign goal, almost double that for 1947-48, will mark two notable events in the history of Liberal Judaism in the United States; the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations and the merger of the two theological seminaries, the Hebrew Union College of Cincinnati and the Jewish Institute of Religion of Now York City.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
