The Israeli Government is making all necessary preparations to facilitate the emigration to Israel of all Jews in Chim who want to come here, Immigration Minister Moshe Shapiro declared today. A message to that effect has already been cabled to the Israeli Government office in Shanghai, he added. (See appeal from Shanghai DP’s on Page 5.)
