Judge Griffith Williams of the Cyprus Supreme Court will hear next Saturday a habeas corpus application filed November 22 by Mordechai Herling and 563 other Jews of military age detained in the Xylotymbou camp, it was reported here over the week-end. British Colonel Weston will set as the advocate on behalf of the detainees.
