The Acre military court today freed unconditionally Editha Boracova, Czech airline hostess who admitted yesterday to serving as a messenger between Sternist leader Nathan Freedman-Yellin and Czechoslovak Sternists. The court’s action followed the intervention of the Czechoslovak consulate here.
Meanwhile, six prosecution witnesses have been heard by the Acre court. They testified to the fact that Friedman-Yellin and his co-defendant, Matatiahu Shmuelevitz, were in possession of forged permits to leave Israel and forged Israeli Army discharge papers when they were captured. The defendants admitted that the documents were forged.
