Six hundred and ten Czech Jews embarked on the vessel Caserta for passage to Israel. They entered this country several days ago.

Because of a shortage of space no Jews from Italy could be accommodated aboard the Caserta. At present there are some 500 Jews in Italy who have registered for immigration to Israel. Most of them are DP’s.
