The Federal Parole Board has given additional consideration to an application for parole by William Dudley Pelley, former leader of the Silver Shirts and a notorious anti-Samite, it was announced here yesterday. Pelley, who was convicted and sentenced to a fifteen-year prison term for sedition in 1942 filed an appeal for reconsideration following the Board’s rejection of his firs petition last August.
