The United Nations Human Rights Commission to day began discussion of an international Covenant on Human Rights. Just prior to the discussion the Commission heard a statement by Bernard Bernstein of the Coordinating Beard of Jewish Organizations, which is composed of the B’nai B.’rith, the Board of Deputies of British Jews and the South African Board of Deputies.
