Israel was admitted today as a full-fledged member of the International Conference on Telegraphy and Telephony now taking place here. A three-man Israeli delegation, “headed by Zvi Prihar, director-general for radio, telegraphy and telephony in Israel, thanked the conference for the warm welcome extended the Jewish state’s deputation and noted the swiftness with which Israel’s admission was accomplished.
