U.N. Body Recommends International Office for Messing Persons Death Certificates

The establishment of an international office for death declarations is recommended in a draft convention adopted this seek by a special U.N. Economic and Social Council subcommittee set up to handle the matter of death certificates for persons missing as a result of the war and religious, racial, and national persecution, it was revealed here today by U.N. headquarters.
