Peter Krauland, Austrian Minister for Property Administration, who is responsible for restitution measures, has expressed a readiness to accept a draft of a bill establishing an heirless Jewish property fund submitted by world Jewish organizations and Austrian Jews as a substitute for the current Austrian Government measure being considered for the same purpose, it was learned here today.

The draft will be prepared by world Jewish organizations and by the Vienna Jewish community. Representatives of the Jewish Agency, Joint Distribution Committee and the Vienna community were elected members of a drafting committee at a meeting attended by Jewish groups. The committee charged Dr. F.R. Bienenfeld, of the World Jewish Congress, with preparing the first draft for consideration by the committee.
