Francis William Shaw, a 21-year-old London youth, was charged today with assaulting two Jewish youths who were hospitalized as a result of the injuries they sustained. The court refused to release the prisoner on bail on the advice of police officials who thought that if the prisoner were released, “it might not be too healthy for him.”
