The delegation of the Zionist Organization of America, headed by Daniel Frisch, Z.O.A. president, was welcomed today by the Jewish community here. Mr. Frisch said American Jews would not rest until Jerusalem was “part and parcel of Israel.”

Mr. Frisch urged Israeli political groups to submerge their differences and create an Israeli Government coalition for three years, in order to evoke the confidence of private capital abroad. Otherwise, he said, there was a grave threat to the new state’s economic stability and absorptive capacity in receiving immigrants.
