Dr. Moshe Keren has been appointed counsellor to the Israeli Embassy in Washington and will leave for his new post today, it was announced here. David Miron will also leave today for the U.S. to join the Jewish state’s delegation to the United Nations. Appointment of Major L. Avidor as deputy military attache to the Israeli Embassy in Washington was also made known here today.
