A decision in principle to waive hitherto compulsory exit visas for Israel residents wishing to travel abroad was taken last night by the Cabinet. At the same time the Cabinet heard reports on up-to-the-minute developments at Lausanne and on the migration of Jews from Rumania and Aden to Israel.
The Cabinet members outlined plans for providing free milk to kindergarten and elementary school children in the coming semester. A proposal to extend loans to local municipal authorities for public works programs was approved as was a plan to aid citrus farmers.
