The Rumanian Supreme Court today rejected the appeals of three Rumanian ex-officers convicted of having murdered Jewish civilians during the late war.

The court upheld the sentences laid down by a lower court in Bucharest, which meted out the following punishments: Capt. Nicolae Bulacu, 20 years at hard labor; Capt. Spiridon Luscan, ten years; and, Sgt. Simon C. Paulicu, ten years.
