Henry Morgenthau, Jr., General chairman of the United Jewish Appeal, has been discharged as a patient at New York Hospital, the institution announced yesterday. He is remaining as a guest at the hospital to be near his wife, who has been a patient there for several weeks. Her condition was described as “comfortable” and it was stated that she is “getting along satisfactorily.”
