Dr. Joseph Rufeisen, member of the Zionist Actions Committee and a former member of the Czechoslovak Parliament who served as head of the Zionist Organization in Czechoslovakia for 20 years, died today of a heart attack at the age of 63. He was stricken in a Tel Aviv court while serving as a defense counsel.
