Plans for the expansion of the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology, calling for an expenditure of $5,000,000, were outlined today by Judah Wattenberg, executive director of the American Technion Society. Mr. Wattenberg has just returned from a seven-week visit to Israel where he conferred with Techion authorities, Israel Government officials and leaders of industry and labor on the future role of the Haifa institute.
