Sen. William Langer, of North Dakota, has introduced a Senate resolution to “ascertain whether the parole laws were properly carried out” in connection with the recent denial of parole for William Dudley Pelley, former Silver Shirts leader now serving a 15-year sentence for wartime sedition.
