Dr. Hugo Fuchs, Rabbi of Conservative German Congregation in Argentina, Dies; Was 71

Dr. Hugo Fuchs died here after a long illness at the age of 71. Formerly a rabbi in Chemnitz, Germany, he had since 1939 been the spiritual leader of the Conservative German Jewish congregation here. He was the author of several books on Jewish history and religion.
