Ambassador Eliahu Elath of Israel held a private conversation on Friday with Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru of India, who is now on a visit to the United States, it was disclosed here today. The conversation lasted one hour and 15 minutes. Mr. Elath declined to comment on the nature of the talk.
