The infiltration into Israel of Arabs from neighboring states is continuing on all frontiers, it was reported here today.
An Israel police detachment last night clashed with a band of Arab brigands at an undisclosed point. One Arab was killed, while two of the wounded Arabs were captured.
The infiltration movement is assuming serious proportions in Also, located in the Negev, where a band of infiltrating Arabs last night attempted to storm the isolated collective settlement of Mefalsim. The attackers suffered one fatality and two other casualties before the raid was repulsed. A similar unsuccessful raid was carried out against the Negev settlement, Nir Am.
