A six-member delegation of the American Christian Palestine Committee visiting Israel was received here today by President Chaim Weizmann. The visiting delegates inspected Nazareth, Galilee and a number of collective settlements and immigrant reception camps.
The deputation is composed of Samuel Guy Inman, of New York, former State Department adviser for Latin American affairs; Dorothy Tilly, of Atlanta, a member of President Truman’s Civil Rights Committee; John Bradbury, editor of the Watchman-Examiner, a national Baptist weekly; Charless Turck, president of McAllister College, St. Paul, Minn.; R.W. Riley, of Nashville, president of the American Baptist Seminary; Prof. Victor Obenhaus, of the School of Divinity of the University of Chicago.
