An Argentina-Israel commercial treaty will be signed here tomorrow, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency has learned from reliable Argentine sources. Pablo Manguel, Argentine Minister to Israel who is now on a visit here, and Foreign Minister Hipolito Paz paid a call on President Juan Peron today–the third time Mr. Manguel has been received by Mr. Peron since his return a month ago.
