The current nationwide Shekel registration campaign was extended to June 1 by all major U.S. Zionist organizations at a meeting of the U.S. Central Shekel and Election Board, it was announced today by Charles Ress, chairman. The step was taken after official word was received from the executive of the World Zionist Organization that the 23rd World Zionist Congress, originally scheduled for this summer, has been postponed until Dec. 20.
