The Israel Ministry of Religion has opened four Moslem courts in the Nazareth area, it was announced here today.

The government is finding it extremely difficult to find kadis–Moslem religious judges–to preside over the courts because most of them fled during the war. The courts have jurisdiction over Moslem family and religious matters.
