Frank L. Weil, who will complete ten consecutive years as president of the National Jewish Welfare Board, has informed the J.W.B. executive committee that he will not be a candidate for reelection, it was revealed today. The J.W.B. biennial meeting, to be held in Cincinnati in May, will elect Mr. Weil’s successor. Mr. Weil plans to remain a member of the J.W.B. executive committee after he retires from the presidency.
