Federal Security Administrator Oscar R. Ewing designated David Bernstein as Assistant to the Administrator. Mr. Bernstein formerly directed the Office of Special Services of the Philippine Government-in-Exile in Washington and acted as special adviser to two Presidents of the Philippines, Manuel L. Quezon and Sergio Camena.
