The case of G.A. Richards, Los Angeles owner of radio stations accused of slanting his news broadcasts against Jews, which had been postponed until September, will now be resumed here on May 15 by the Federal Communications Commission, it was reported here today.
The hearings involve renewal of license for Richards’ station, KMPC. It is also reported that Ben Cattone, chief counsel for the F.C.C., will take over the prosecution which had been conducted by his assistant, Frederick Ford, who will continue to take an active interest in the case.
