A $500,000 campaign in behalf of the homes and training centers maintained in Israel for young refugee woman by the Women’s League for Israel was opened here yesterday at a luncheen addressed by Dr. Georg Josephthal, director of the Jewish Agency’s absorption department, who is now in the United States.
