A party of 25 Lebanese Jews has been captured while attempting to flee Lebanon for Israel in several rowboats, the Beirut radio declared today in a broadcast monitored here.

Four hundred immigrants arrived at Haifa aboard the Israel vessel Negba. The majority of the party, which embarked at Marsoilles, were Youth Aliyah wards.
