A military spokesman here today categorically denied charges voiced in the Jordan Parliament yesterday that aerial raids are being made by Israel over Jordan villages in the Hebron district.
The charge to which Israel military headquarters tood exception was made by the Jordan Defense Minister. He also told the Jordan parliament that he had arranged with the British air force for aerial guarding of the Israel-Transjordan frontier.
Military authorities in Israel stated that nothing official was known about any possibility of the Royal Air Force guarding the frontier. They indicated that British planes crossing the Israel border would receive the same treatment given to alien aircraft appearing over Israel without authorization, in accordance with international agreements.
