Yugoslavia Becomes 17th Nation to Ratify United Nations Convention Against Genocide

Dr. Alex Bebler, Yugoslav delegate to the United Nations, today deposited at Lake Success his government’s instrument of ratification of the U.N. Convention Against Genocide. Yugoslavia is the 17th nation to ratify the convention, which comes into effect after 20 countries ratify it.
