The appointment of Zemakh Hyman as economic adviser to the Washington Embassy, succeeding Zemakh Vitkin who is returning to Israel, was officially announced here today. Announcement was also made that Dr. Yaacov Aharon Brin has been named economic counsellor in London, replacing E.F. Shinnar.
