The Histadrut Cooperative Marketing Agency will handle a total of 20,000,000 pounds ($56,000,000) worth of products this year as compared to a turnover of 14,500,000 pounds last year, it was reported here today at the annual general meeting of the cooperative. The annual progress report listed the construction by the cooperative of a new oil refining plant in Haifa, food processing, textile and paper factories in Beersheba and food processing plants in Elath.
