The Jews of Eire were praised last night by Eire’s Minister for External Affairs, Sean McBride, for their loyalty to the country and their efforts in behalf of all national causes.
Speaking at a meeting of Liberal Jews, Minister McBride asserted that the Irish people had always shown understanding and tolerance of the Jews and had never persecuted any religious group–Jew or non-Jew.
