A decision to raise $430,000 for the expansion and development of youth, educational and welfare projects maintained in Israel by the Mizrachi Women’s Organization of America was taken here last night at the group’s silver jubilee convention, which is being attended by some 1,000 delegates from all parts of the U.S.
