Dr. Robert S. Marous, director of the World Jewish Congress’ central office, is scheduled to leave today for Argentina on the first leg of a trip through a number of Latin American countries. During his tour, Dr. Marcus will meet with leaders of various Jewish communities to prepare for a continent-wide conference of representatives of Jewish groups called by the W.J.C.
