Marc de Susini, former Vichy Government policeman, was today sentenced to five years imprisonment following his conviction of having participated in the 1944 murder of Roger Worms, a Jewish banker. The Lyons court acquitted Emile Arnus, co-defendant and another former Vichy policeman, because there was insufficient evidence to convict him.
