An Israel military spokesman today warned the Government of Jordan of the serious consequences of its latest refusal to obey a United Nations command to permit the regular fortnightly food convoy to pass through the Arab Legion lines to the Israel guards stop Mt. Scopus.

Following a strongly worded Israel protest to United Nations truce head-quarters, Gen. William E. Riley, U.N. truce chief, who is now in the United States, cabled Jordan to adhere to the established regulations governing the movement of convoys to the height. The Arab state refused.
