The Jordan delegation to the special Israel-Jordan armistice commission on Jerusalem today attempted to stall the functioning of that body by the introduction of 180 new points on the agenda.
The Israel members of the body pointed out that none of the 180 points came within the terms of reference of the special Jerusalem commission as set forth in Article 8 of the Rhodes armistice pact. The two groups began ##rangling and the two-hour meeting ended inconclusively.Among the 180 points, which the Arabs insisted must be discussed ahead of all others, were: a demand for the payment of compensation for Arab property occupied by the Israsl Army in Jerusalem during the war of liberation; and a Jordan complaint concerning the alleged killing of three Arabs in the Latrun area, west of Jerusalem.
