The Jewish Agency executive, now meeting here, today started discussion of budgetary problems facing the organization in 1951. Levi Eshkol, treasurer of the Agency, reported at the session on various aspects of the financial situation.

Dominating the discussion was the problem of financing the Jewish Agency emigration and colonization programs, which together consume the overwhelming bulk of the organization’s annual income.
