Dr. Serge Koussevitsky, conductor of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, returned last night from Israel where he conducted the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra in 14 concerts. Dr. Koussevitsky who spent five weeks in Israel, went there to prepare the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra for its forthcoming tour of the United States under the auspices of the American Fund for Israel Institutions.
