Noah W. Salz, editor and publisher of the Jewish Record, a local weekly publication, died here today at the age of 63. Born in Poland, he came to the United States in 1914 and lived in New York for six years. later he moved to St. Louis where he became the publisher of the Record. He was known as a scholar of Hebrew literature and published numerous Talmudic books written by noted rabbis in this country.
