Israel’s Minister of Health Outlines Country’s Medical Needs at Ose Reception in N.Y.

Israel’s needs in the field of public health were outlined here last night by Moshe Shapiro, Israel’s Minister of Health, at a reception tendered him by the Board of Directors of the American OSE Committee at the Hotel Astan.

The Jewish physicians and other guests attending the reception also heard addresses by Dr. Israel Wechsler, chairman of the board, Dr, L. Wulman, executive director, and others, on the need to help Israel solve its health problems and on the activities conducted by the OSE in Israel. Dr. B. Pregel, chairman of the executive, greeted Minister Shapiro in behalf of the American OSE Committee.
