Dr. Ezra Joras, the new Israeli Minister to Yugoslavia has arrived in Belgrade, it was reported here today from the Yugoslav capital. The new Minister was met by a representative of the Yugoslav Foreign Ministry and members of the staff of the Israeli legation.
