Final preparations for the opening of the World Zionist Congress which opens here on Tuesday were discussed today by the Jewish Agency executive. Tomorrow, the Congress Court will render its verdict on the appeal made by the General Zionists and Mizrachi of Israel who boycotted the Congress elections, but who are nevertheless seeking to have their delegates seated at the Congress.
