A former Nazi official described as the man who was responsible for the drafting of the Nuremberg racial laws against the Jews, has been designated by the West German Republic to investigate charges that government officials are selling cabinet secrets, the Manchester Guardian reported.

The official is Dr. Glodke, who was government counsellor to the Ministry of the Interior in the Nazi regime and was considered a foremost Nazi expert on racial legislation. With Dr. Stuckart of the National Socialist Jurists Association, he was the author of a multi-volume ” commentary on German laws” which defined the Nazi anti Jewish position.
